So that was very nice here and I liked the food.

We stumbled across this restaurant by chance. So what do you do in the age of mobile phones? Exactly, you google first. After doing that we decided to pay the restaurant a visit. Today was that day. There is ample parking space. So we go to the restaurant and see a sign that says: Today only with reservation! The disappointments were written on our faces. So I thought, it doesn't cost anything to ask. Mask on and in. The very friendly waitress asked how many people we were. 2 I said. Okay, no problem, where do you want to sit. 😊 Up to here already top 👍. Oh, I forgot to mention that the friendly lady pointed out that it could take a little longer. Which is no wonder, because there was only one table left when we sat down. Well, we're waiting 🙃. Drink and food were ordered. After 45 minutes (which we think is absolutely fine, because everything is freshly prepared) our meal was served. My husband had the Tiplitzer schnitzel and I had turkey schnitzel. Both dishes were delicious. Real home cooking. We got full too. The cook (owner) is a fun one-of-a-kind. Always a cool saying on the lips. We were completely satisfied. And certainly not the last visit when we are back on this corner. P.s .: In conclusion, I would like to say that I find one or the other reviews really bad. Before paying with EC card or similar you can get information in advance nowadays.

Very good home cooking in a rustic atmosphere. Nice service. Very personable chef who is probably also the owner. Sufficient parking space. Anyone who is very hungry will definitely be more than full.

This was our first time in this restaurant. You feel transported back in time. It feels like it was more than 30 years ago. The food was very good and plentiful. I recommend it to anyone .

The Tiplitzer schnitzel is awesome and so are the homemade fried potatoes! A stop, even with children, is worthwhile because of the many animals in and around the pond.

We did not like the sometimes snappy nature of the waitress especially towards the cook and that in front of the guests, something like that shouldn't be! In the restaurant or kitchen, the fume hood was probably not, so the smell was not so great. Unfortunately, not all dishes were available, no fried potatoes or Soljanka z. B.

The restaurant was recommended to us by friends, rustic decor and above all barrier-free. If you come here please note that NO EC card payment is possible (note in the courtyard) little or narrow parking space. Despite the waiting time when eating, it is fresh and extremely tasty. Real German cuisine with giant schnitzel fried to the point with mushrooms, onions and egg. Suspended pink rump steaks and a butter ride with fried potatoes or a goulash that is second to none. Sure, the restaurant is a bit old-fashioned but the hospitality is more than warm and the food is great as described. In addition, completely moderate prices so that you have to make an effort to spend more than 20 € including drinks. If that were the case everywhere, not imaginable. And since it is somewhat hidden, a real insider tip for which a detour is worthwhile keep it up. Thank you

Very nice atmosphere, The portions are just awesome for the price. A schnitzel the size of a hand with fingers spread for € 14. I will definitely come back😋

I forgive three stars, because the food was really good and the ambience was not bad either. But usually there should be a maximum of 2 stars for this restaurant. You have to and I repeat MAN MUST make a note somewhere on the Internet, that you should plan a waiting period of at least one hour. But that was not the worst for me, because the worst thing for me was that there is no card payment possible. There is nowhere an indication that this is not possible. They are right on the main street so you might spontaneously stop even without cash. What do you want to do if I have eaten and have no cash, just assuming that cashless payment is possible. Just a note at the front door and on the Internet. I have already read this with the waiting time. I thought that was the exception. But apparently it is the rule. Really a pity, because everything else was great. I will avoid this restaurant in the future anyway.

Here is right German home cooking and very plentiful. Tasty and good in price. Very cozy atmosphere, around it you can see a lot of animals - but I am rather less enthusiastic about (just the caged birds). If you do not expect a fine 5-star restaurant, you will be well-fed and happy to return home.

Super delicious food! Price-performance absolutely top! We will definitely be back. Such a cute little restaurant, I am thrilled. And the service was great and friendly. Top! Huge portions at fair prices! Super kid friendly and a lot to see for all ages. Chickens, ostriches, parrots and little monkeys. Would anyone recommend a trip to the restaurant. Will definitely visit again
